At the beginning of a client’s Audit Ready Program, we initiate the process by meticulously mapping out their facility to create a custom digital floor plan. This diagram or indoor map serves as a comprehensive visual representation of the entire facility, covering both interior and exterior areas. By integrating this tailored floor plan into their ARP dashboard, clients gain immediate access to a wealth of information. The map provides a clear, overhead view of every area, allowing them to visualize critical data points such as the locations of pest control devices, traps, pesticide applications, and other essential activities. This setup ensures that all relevant information is presented in the most accurate and user-friendly manner possible.
This innovative digital mapping approach offers more than just a visual layout; it is a powerful tool for enhancing compliance and simplifying reporting. By utilizing this detailed floor plan, clients can quickly identify areas requiring attention, streamline inspections, and easily generate reports that meet third-party audit requirements. The user-friendly global environment of the ARP dashboard ensures that all facility data is centralized and easily accessible, making it simple for clients to monitor pest control efforts and maintain compliance standards. This level of detail and organization ultimately helps commercial facilities stay prepared and pass inspections with confidence, knowing that their pest management program is robust, efficient, and fully audit-ready.
The impact of barcoding on maintaining pest-free facilities cannot be overstated. At Standard Pest Management, we utilize barcodes to ensure every detail is accounted for in our pest control efforts. This technology significantly enhances the efficiency and thoroughness of our team, playing a vital role in helping businesses avoid failing audits.
Here’s why barcodes are essential for maintaining compliance at any facility:
We provide a simple yet information packed dashboard. Clients have access to a complete log of all service provided, important letters or documents safely stored in the cloud and plenty of data. Instead of staring at spreadsheets, Standard’s Audit Ready Program customers can view data using friendly visual graphs, charts and more. They can easily control how their data is viewed and even generate reports based on custom date intervals. Standard Pest Management also provides a wide array of key points of interest in which to view or filter data.
These include important figures such as the total inspection amount of a specific area, devices inspected, complete extermination data sorted by pest type, materials sorted by type, comprehensive data of pest evidence including incidents and activity. In addition to having access to all of these records, location data can be viewed through different time periods. We can’t think of an easier way to show you how effective our Integrated Pest Management programs are.
During and after finishing each weekly service, Standard Pest Management technicians will contribute a full recap of the services provided. This may include important feedback, recommendations for proactive pest management and major data points which can lead to the most effective integrated pest management possible. We analyze all areas of a facility to ensure compliance is being met. Our team inspects for pest activity within specific areas and break it down further by targeted pest(s).
What You'll Have Access to In Your Audit Ready Program Dashboard...
Pest activity is critical to the overall success of treatment within any given facility and a highly valuable bit of data when generating reports. Notes are written in detail if one of our technicians are able to observe any realtime pest activity.
A Written description of any noticeable pest activity found at a client’s facility, the area in which it was observed, the number of pest management devices (glue boards, etc) positioned or installed per each specific area and the total amount of pests captured (exterminated).
The type of pest management device that was inspected in a specific area (these may include but are not limited to bait stations, exterior rodent devices, insect light traps, glue boards and more).
Since this is a comprehensive report, it will include the specific number of devices per area but will also provide the client with data such as how many (% and number) devices were inspected for this service call, what (% and number) were inspected with pest activity, how many were skipped and how many were replaced.
Device Inspection Exceptions include data on pest control devices which were unable to be inspected or skipped for reasons such as (missing or inaccessible). These are mapped to the specific areas they are located in.
Inspection Detail includes vital data for both our team and our client to see regarding the latest audit ready program service. Clients are able to view a wealth of data containing up to date info as well as historical data. To start, these include area location, time, device location, device status and pest activity.
The status of the device helps us keep track of all potential pest activity throughout your entire facility. So you may see ‘no activity’, ‘activity’ and ’skipped (followed by a reason like ‘missing’ or ‘inaccessible’). The final bit of data includes our pest findings if our technician did detect activity.
Bot development frameworks were created as advanced software tools that eliminate a large amount of manual work and accelerate the development process.
